Eight Hour Notice

Pertaining to all cold food or otherwise in stock items that are not specially ordered or prepared. Any cancellation within eight hours of the requested delivery time will be charged for all items ordered.

Twelve Hour Notice

Pertaining to all speciality and prepared items. If it involves cooking, it also involves preparation making a twelve hour notice necessary to ensure product quality and safety. Any cancellation within twelve hours of the requested delivery time will be charged for all items ordered.

ASAP or Rush Orders

Any order placed with less than six hours notice will be classified as a rush order and cannot be canceled.

Special Orders

A special order item is one that is not in stock and requires shopping and/or shipping. Any cancellation within 12 hours of the requested delivery time will be charged in full for all items ordered.
